Grievance Procedure

1. Parents start with approaching the coaches of their kid's team.

2. If that doesn't work, the coaches send the parents to the league director.

3. If the director believes it is something that he needs help resolving, he contacts the board's grievance committee made up of a few board members who listen to the issue and decide its fate.

4. The grievance committee however can escalate matters to a vote of the full board if it is a highly sensitive or crucial issue.
